Secure payment

In processing your payments, we make use of Buckaroo Online Payment Services and PayPal.
Buckaroo Online Payment Services is a so-called internet cashdesk which handles secured online payments for financial markets such as banks and credit card providers. More information on Buckaroo can be found on: Buckaroo.
You can choose from the following Buckaroo payment methods:

  • iDeal
  • Bank transfer
  • One-off automatic debit, when using this one-off automatic debit payment, you should take a longer delivery time into account, as this payment takes the bank around 2 working days to process.
  • Cash on delivery. This option is available for orders within The Netherlands and also for Belgium and Germany. There will be an additional cost of euros 12,50 per order for this service within The Netherlands, and euros 20,00 for such deliveries to Belgium or Germany.
You can also use Paypal for orders from our web shop. The Paypal system enables easy, quick and secured payment for online goods. More information on Paypal can be found on:. Please check the PayPal site for more information.



Order process
  1. Choose and item and click on Add to cart
  2. Should you wan tot buy another article, click on Continue shopping/li>
  3. To pay, click on Proceed to Checkout
  4. Enter your details. Did you order before at Kleine Dreumes? You can login with your email address and password. Check your address details.
  5. Select your Payment Method
  6. Finish the payment procedure
  7. Click on 'Afronden'
  8. Your order has now been placed, you will recieve and invoice/order confirmation by e-mail.
  9. When we ship your order, you will send you an e-mail.
Transport costs and delivery times

The postal costs within the Netherlands is euros 4,75 per article.
Once your payment has been received we will process your order directly.
In regard to orders within the Netherlands, if payment has been received by 18.00, then the goods will be given to TNT that same day for despatch. Normally the parcel would then be delivered by TNT the next day to the address given.

You can follow your order via the track-and-track code which will be provided by us via an email.

For international orders, the following postal rates and delivery times will apply:

Guarantee

We offer a one (1) year guarantee on the Kleine Dreumes stroll-along board and seats, covering material and production defects. If possible we will send you, free of charge, a replacement part for the defective one. Should this not solve the problem, then we will replace the product. Products which have not been used in accordance with the instructions given in our product instruction manual, will not be covered by any guarantee. Returned goods

If, for whatever reason, our product should not meet with your approval, then you have the right to return the product to Kleine Dreumes within fourteen (14) working days after delivery, thereby cancelling the transaction.

We can only accept these returns as follows:
1. the product must have a designated return number
2. the packaging must concur with the instructions given
3. we must be in receipt of the returned goods at the address given
4. the product must be undamaged, unused and in the original state

If payment has already been received by Kleine Dreumes, then this will be repaid within thirty (30) days of the returned goods being received. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.
